All our posters are made to order with care. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occur. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
What We Cover
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong poster.
- Damaged Item Received: If your poster arrived damaged.
In either case, you're eligible for a full refund (to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference) or a replacement of the same item.
What We Don’t Cover
- Size Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selections.
- Color Variations: Please note that actual printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund. Any redelivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Submit Evidence
Email us at bigvibeposters@gmail.com with a video or clear images showing the damage or incorrect item.
Include a clear photo of the product label attached to the item. -
Report Within 72 Hours
Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. -
Keep the Packaging
Please retain the original packaging until your claim is resolved. We may request additional details during the verification process.
Processing Time
Claim verification may take up to 7 business days. Once approved, you can choose either:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A refund (to your original payment method or store credit, per your preference)
Refund Timelines
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 10 business days and will appear on your original payment method. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
